With over 20 years of sales/ sales management experience in the enterprise software/technology space.  Patrick leads Par3 Equity in providing top tier buy-side services  targeting top software/SAAS/Technology companies for acquisition.  Finding highly profitable companies  "flying under the radar" that with the right partner can expand and grow their business to new levels.

Software background....

Patrick recently completed 6 years in a senior management role as Regional Vice President for the south region for Workday. Patrick joined Workday prior to the initial public offering and was an integral part of Workday's success in the Fortune 500 and Fortune 50.  His teams were instrumental in growing Workday's revenue from 200M pre-IPO revenue base company to a 29 billion dollar Mkt CAP publicly traded company (WDAY).   Patrick was instrumental in conducting best practices to consistently obtain and exceed revenue goals in the highly competitive space of ERP sales and firmly secured Workday as the industry standard for enterprise cloud HCM and Finance platforms.

Prior to Workday, Patrick was with Oracle Corporation for 12 years.  Patrick was part of the original Oracle sales team prior to the 400 plus acquisitions during the early 2000's. During Patrick's tenure at Oracle, He was a top sales contributor winning multiple sales awards as a top revenue producer for the company in multiple roles as an Applications Sales Representative, Technology Sales Representative, and Regional Sales Manager.

 

Education and Advocacy

  • Bachelor of Science degree Computer Science(Information Technology) from Ilinois State University.
  • Completed executive leadership MBA program at George Mason University in 2012.
  •  Participated and led numerous sales management/executive management professional development courses over the past 20 years.
  • Served on the University of North Carolina, Children's Hospital Board of Volunteers for a 6 year term.
  • Active donor and participant in the following charities: The Magic Foundation, The Raleigh Rescue Mission, St. Timothy's School,  the Jimmy V Foundation
